Information We Collect

The contact form collects the following information when you choose to submit it: full name; organization, where a corporate inquiry is relevant; email address; phone number; location; the services you have indicated interest in; and your message, whatever background or context you choose to include.

Some information you choose to share, particularly your selected services and anything you include in your message, may relate to your health or wellbeing. This is provided voluntarily, and we rely on your explicit, informed consent, given through the form's consent checkbox, to collect and use it for the sole purpose of understanding your inquiry and responding to you.

We may also collect limited technical information common to any website visit, such as browser type and general access logs generated automatically by our hosting provider. This information does not identify you personally and is used only to keep the website functioning securely. Where cookies are used, further detail is in Cookies and Similar Technologies below.

This site uses analytics cookies, provided through Google Analytics, to understand in aggregate how visitors use the site. This site does not currently use advertising cookies.

If an inquiry leads to an engagement, the information you provided becomes part of that engagement and is handled under the terms of the engagement itself, not under this website policy. This policy covers your information from the moment you submit it through this form up to that point.

Who We Share Your Information With

This is a solo practice. Your information is not shared with anyone else, except in the case of a referral to another practitioner or specialist, and only after prior discussion with you and your explicit approval of that specific referral.

This site uses Google Analytics, which receives limited technical information only if you consent to analytics cookies, as described in Cookies and Similar Technologies above.

This site uses CookieYes to record and manage your cookie preference itself. This happens regardless of what you choose, since recording the choice you made is what lets us honor it.

Jitka Robinson does not sell or rent your information. It is never shared for marketing purposes, and it is never shared with any third party without your explicit permission.

How Long We Keep It

If your inquiry does not lead to an engagement, we retain your information for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

If you become a client, your information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period afterward consistent with standard professional recordkeeping practice, currently seven years, after which it is deleted unless you request otherwise or the law requires a longer period.

Your Rights

Wherever you are located, you generally have the right to: ask what information we hold about you; correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete; ask that we delete your information; object to or restrict how we use it; withdraw consent at any time, including consent given through the checkbox on this form (this does not affect anything already done before you withdrew it); request a copy of your information in a portable format; manage cookie preferences at any time using the cookie preferences option available on the site; and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence, where one exists.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including relying on service providers with their own security safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information sent over the internet.

Information Sent Across Borders

This practice operates under the EU General Data Protection Regulation for all information collected through this site, regardless of where you are located when you submit it.

Some of the service providers this site relies on, including hosting, analytics and cookie management, may process information outside the European Union. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to see that it is handled with the same care described in this policy, regardless of where it is processed.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. A change that materially affects how previously collected information is used will be communicated directly to anyone reasonably identifiable who is still in contact with the practice.
